Steelers' James Conner's knee injury 'not serious'
Pittsburgh Steelers running back James Conner's knee injury is "not serious," according to multiple teammates, via ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.
The general sense in the locker room is that "the issue is manageable," per Fowler. Jaylen Samuels will start in Week 3 versus the San Francisco 49ers if Conner is unable to play. Conner finished with 45 yards and a touchdown on 14 touches in Week 2.
Conner has 54 rushing yards, 56 receiving yards, and 1 touchdown through two weeks. He's averaging 10.3 FanDuel points per contest.
