Jets' Luke Falk fares well in abrupt NFL debut
New York Jets quarterback Luke Falk completed 20-of-25 passes for 198 scoreless yards in a 23-3, Week 2 loss to the Cleveland Browns.
Falk was just promoted from the practice squad last week to back up Trevor Siemian after Sam Darnold was ruled out indefinitely with mononucleosis. The 2018 sixth-round pick was then tagged in for his NFL debut when Siemian was knocked out with an ankle injury in the first half. Falk mostly played it safe before connecting on some longer throws late once the result had been settled. He is expected to start in Week 3 against the New England Patriots.
Falk scored 7.9 FanDuel points on Monday. He's the QB32 in numberFire's Week 3 fantasy rankings.
