Philadelphia's DeSean Jackson (groin) reportedly expected to miss Week 3's game against Detroit

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson (groin) is not expected to play in Sunday's matchup against the Detroit Lions.

What It Means:

According to Pelissero, Jackson is unlikely to suit up in Week 3 after suffering a groin injury. Philly's speedy receiver looks like he could be out for multi-weeks with Pelissero also adding Week 4's matchup on Thursday could be too soon for Jackson to return.

If Jackson is out for Week 3's game against Detroit, expect Nelson Agholor to play a bunch of snaps at receiver. Our models currently project Agholor to haul in 4.5 receptions for 55.6 yards on 7.4 targets.
