Giants' Saquon Barkley to miss 4-8 weeks with high ankle sprain, per report
New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley will four to eight weeks with a high ankle sprain, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.
What It Means:
Barkley suffered the injury in Sunday's game against the Buccaneers. Schefter said the longer end of the timeline is considered more likely. Wayne Gallman is now a priority waiver target.
Barkley has rushed for 237 yards and 1 touchdown on 37 carries this season.
