The Philadelphia Eagles listed running back Rashaad Penny (healthy) among their inactive players for their Week 4 game against the Washington Commanders.
What It Means:
Penny will not be active in Week 4 with Boston Scott (concussion) and Kenneth Gainwell (ribs) both available. While fellow new teammate D'Andre Swift has quickly seemed to grasp the team's lead back role, Penny has yet to catch on in the Eagles' running back rotation.
