Broncos' Cody Latimer (knee) left Sunday's preseason game
Denver Broncos wide receiver Cody Latimer left the third preseason game with a knee injury.
It's a disappointing development for a slow-starting receiver who was finally picking up some steam and having a solid camp. Latimer doesn't play in the slot and isn't the Broncos' third wideout, but he had seemingly secured the top backup spot behind Emmanuel Sanders and Demaryius Thomas before this injury.
Our algorithms project no Broncos receiver besides Thomas or Sanders to cross 25 receptions or 300 yards this year. This should be an offense centered around the run game and its top-two wideouts in 2016.
