Vikings' Latavius Murray (ankle) still without timetable for return
Minnesota Vikings running back Latavius Murray is still without a timetable for his return, according to the St. Paul Pioneer Press' Chris Tomasson.
What It Means:
Currently on the team's active/PUP list as he recovers from ankle surgery, Murray said that he is only committed to being ready for the regular season. Head coach Mike Zimmer is also unsure about when the 27-year-old will get back to practicing. All the uncertainty makes a stronger case for Dalvin Cook as the starter and Minnesota.
