Redskins' Jordan Reed is likely day to day after checkup
Washington Redskins tight end Jordan Reed (toe/ankle) sounds day to day after his checkup with Dr. Robert Anderson in North Carolina.
Reed seems to have dodged a bullet with his toe injury, and right now it looks like he could be back in about a week, or directly after the Skins' first preseason game. The oft-injured tight end could be in for a big season if he can avoid missing too many games.
Reed has played in just 46 of 64 possible games in four NFL seasons. If healthy, our models like him to be this year's TE4 with 80 catches, 877 yards and 7.2 scores on the year.
