Larry Warford (abdominal) on Saints' sidelines for multiple weeks
New Orleans Saints offensive lineman Larry Warford will miss "several games" with an abdominal injury, reports Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
What It Means:
According to Pro Football Focus, Warford ranked 61st out of 77 run-blocking guards through the first six weeks of the season, so this might not be a big loss for a Saints team averaging 32.0 points over the past two games. They take on the Chicago Bears at home in Week 8.
Entering Week 7, the Saints ranked 5th in Adjusted Offensive Net Expected Points per play this season.
