Packers' Aaron Rodgers (collarbone) making 'really good progress'

Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy said that quarterback Aaron Rodgers is making "really good progress" in his recovery from a broken collarbone.

What It Means:

McCarthy added, "He's moving right along." So, maybe -- just maybe -- Rodgers will return when he's first eligible in Week 15. There's a chance that he could be ready before then but can't return due to being placed on IR. Either way, it's encouraging for the Packers and fantasy owners alike to hear good news coming out of Green Bay. Until he comes back, though, Brett Hundley will remain the team's starter.

Having thrown for 1,385 yards and 13 touchdowns in 6 games, Rodgers is averaging 18.5 FanDuel points per game. A Week 15 return would leave Rodgers to face the Carolina Panthers, Minnesota Vikings and Detroit Lions to close out the 2017 season.
