Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Breshad Perriman is a healthy scratch for Week 11.
Perriman was demoted for Sunday following a poor week of practice. Per Pro Football Focus, he ranks 112th out of 114 qualified wide receivers this season. The 2015 first-round pick has 7 catches for 54 scoreless yards on 27 targets in eight games this season.
