Jameis Winston reportedly expected to miss 'another week or two' for Buccaneers
Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston will "most likely" miss "another week or two," according to Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times.
What It Means:
Winston is scheduled to be re-evaluated on Monday after being shut down for the past two weeks, but it sounds like Ryan Fitzpatrick will remain under center versus the Atlanta Falcons in Week 12.
Across eight games this season, Winston completed 159-of-259 (61.4 percent) passes for 1,920 yards with 10 touchdowns and 6 interceptions. Entering Week 11, his 0.12 Passing Net Expected Points per drop back ranked 14th out of 32 quarterbacks with at least 200 drop backs on the year.
