Browns' DeShone Kizer finishes rookie season with league-leading 22 interceptions

Cleveland Browns quarterback DeShone Kizer threw 1 interception in Sunday's game versus the Pittsburgh Steelers to increase his total to 22 on the season.

What It Means:

Kizer's 22 interceptions are the most of any quarterback in a season since Eli Manning threw 27 in 2013. With just 11 touchdown pases, Kizer becomes just the 19th quarterback in NFL history and first since 1999 to throw at least 22 interceptions and 11 or fewer touchdown passes in the same season.

In 15 games played, Kizer finished his rookie season completing 255-of-476 passes for 2,894 yards, with 11 touchdowns and 22 interceptions.
