Titans' DeMarco Murray says he remains among league's best

Tennessee Titans running back DeMarco Murray said he "definitely" can continue to produce as a top-end player at his position.

What It Means:

“I am very confident in myself and I am excited,” Murray said. “I am excited about the future, and my future. I know what kind of player I am.” Despite the conviction, Murray turns 30 next month and is coming off a season where he matched his career-low with 3.6 yards per carry. With 2016 second-round pick Derrick Henry taking over as the Titans' workhorse back, Murray will likely be released this offseason.

Murray averaged 10.1 FanDuel points in 15 games this season, with 184 rushes for 659 yards (3.6 yards per carry) and 6 touchdowns, in addition to 39 catches for 266 yards and 1 score on 47 targets.
