Jaguars' Blake Bortles hopes to continue to silence the critics on Sunday
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles is hoping to continue to silence his critics by leading Jacksonville to the Super Bowl with a win over New England.
Bortles completed 53.8 of his passes for 214 yards and a score in Jacksonville's win over the Steelers on Sunday. "I'm just happy to win," Bortles said. "I have no animosity against anyone who said anything. I'm happy to be able to come here and do this with this team. There are a lot of guys home on the couch watching this. I'm sure they are wishing that they could play. I know in years past I have been. So the opportunity to be able to continue to play feels awesome." Bortles and the Jaguars are 9.5 point underdogs against New England this Sunday.
Our models project Bortles for 19.0 FanDuel points with 233.6 passing yards, 1.7 touchdowns and 0.9 interceptions on Sunday.
