Jerry Jones: Dez Bryant expected back with Cowboys next season
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant is expected to remain with the team next season, owner Jerry Jones said at the Senior Bowl on Tuesday.
This comes after comments from Jerry's son, Cowboys Executive Vice President Stephen Jones, who recently referred to Bryant as a "distraction" and suggested the team may part ways with the 29-year-old wideout this offseason. Dez led the league with 12 drops in 2017 and is coming off one of the least productive campaigns of his eight-year career in which he played all 16 games.
Dez averaged 9.5 FanDuel points in 16 games this season, with 69 receptions for 838 yards and 6 touchdowns on 132 targets.
