Jonathan Stewart reportedly signs with Giants

The New York Giants agreed to terms with running back Jonathan Stewart, formerly of the Carolina Panthers, reports Adam Schefter of ESPN.

What It Means:

Stewart will be reunited with general manager David Gettleman and offensive coordinator Mike Shula in New York. He turns 31 in a few weeks and has averaged just 3.6 yards per carry over the last two seasons, although he has found the end zone 16 times during that span.

Stewart averaged 7.4 FanDuel points per game last season, with 198 carries for 680 yards and 6 touchdowns, with another 8 catches (15 targets) for 52 yards and 1 score through the air.
