Greg Olsen still 'committed' to playing for Panthers in 2018
Carolina Panther tight end Greg Olsen is "committed" to playing football in 2018, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Olsen has reportedly been auditioning for a broadcast job with ESPN, but Rapoport's sources say it's merely for "life after football," and won't affect his playing status for the upcoming season. It sounds like for now we should expect Olsen back for at least one more season, but we probably shouldn't rule out the alternative just yet.
In 2017, Olsen produced 17 receptions, 191 yards, and 1 touchdown across seven games.
