Colts have turned down trade offers for Andrew Luck

The Indianapolis Colts turned down multiple trade offers for quarterback Andrew Luck (shoulder), general manager Chris Ballard said.

What It Means:

Ballard said he received calls on Luck at last year's trade deadline, but Luck –– surgically-repaired shoulder and all -- isn't going anywhere. "We’re not trading Andrew Luck," said Ballard. "I’m not putting that on my résumé." Luck has yet to resume throwing an actual football, but Ballard remains adamant that Luck will be ready for Week 1.

Luck threw for 4,240 yards with 31 touchdowns and 13 interceptions in 15 games when he last played in 2016, while also adding an additional 341 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns on the ground.
