Ty Montgomery plays 'significant role' at Packers' OTAs
Green Bay Packers running back Ty Montgomery is expected to see a "significant role in the offense," writes Rob Demovsky of ESPN.
What It Means:
Montgomery "didn't appear to lose any ground" to Aaron Jones or Jamaal Williams during three weeks of OTA practices, Demovsky added. Even if the Packers utilize a committee approach in the backfield, Montgomery's multi-positional skill set could earn him enough touches to yield fantasy value for owners.
