Texans' Deshaun Watson (knee) spotted without a brace during minicamp
Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson (knee) was spotted without a brace in Tuesday's minicamp session.
Watson has been limited to just individual drills and 7-on-7 work during the Texans' minicamp, but the fact he has been cleared to do any football activity without a knee brace is a positive sign of his recovery progress. The second-year signal-caller appears set to be 100% from an ACL tear by the start of training camp next month.
Our models project Watson for 3,845.8 passing yards, 30.6 touchdowns, and 14.2 interceptions on 540.3 pass attempts while gaining 372.8 yards and 3.6 touchdowns on the ground in 2018.
