Frank Gore's age not a concern for Dolphins

Miami Dolphins running back Frank Gore's age is "irrelevant," head coach Adam Gase said.

What It Means:

Gore turned 35 in May but his new head coach isn't worried about the veteran's elderly status. “It’s irrelevant,” Gase said. “He’s a different dude.” Gore, who is entering his 14th NFL campaign, will likely work as a complementary piece to Kenyan Drake out of the Dolphins' backfield.

Gore is the RB45 in numberFire's preseason fantasy rankings. Our models project him to rush 101.5 times for 445.4 yards and 1.94 touchdowns in 2018, with another 28.9 catches for 255.6 yards and 0.79 scores through the air.
