Schefter: Aaron Donald not reporting to Rams 'anytime soon'
Los Angeles Rams defensive lineman holdout Aaron Donald has "no plans" to report to the team "anytime soon," reports ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Talks are ongoing but Rams head coach Sean McVay and Chief Operating Officer Kevin Demoff each said separately in recent days that progress isn't being made. Donald, the reigning Defensive Player of the Year, is currently due a modest $6.892 million in the final year of his rookie deal.
numberFire's models project Donald to record 53.8 tackles and 11.3 sacks in 16 games for the Rams this season.
