Colts' Erik Swoope having strong training camp
Indianapolis Colts tight end Erik Swoope is having a "strong" training camp, ESPN's Mike Wells reports.
What It Means:
The former college basketball player is entering his fifth season, and it's probably now or never for him. Swoope has tended to dazzle on the practice field, but the highest he'd be on the depth chart in-season is the third tight end behind Jack Doyle and Eric Ebron. A change of scenery could be in order for the athletic big man.
