Rams' Todd Gurley aiming to repeat as fantasy's best running back
Los Angeles Rams running back Todd Gurley is projected to remain a top-five fantasy running back in the 2018 season.
What It Means:
After an incredibly disappointing sophomore 2016, Gurley posted a position-best (and second overall) 319 fantasy points last season thanks to the Rams' rejuvenated offense. With a four-year, $60 million contract giving him some peace of mind going into this year, we like Gurley to remain an elite fantasy option.
Our models project Gurley for 1,280 rushing yards and 9.7 touchdowns on 283 carries, adding 66 receptions for 547 receiving yards and 3.1 scores. Gurley comes in as our preseason RB4 for fantasy.
