Rex Burkhead (knee) goes through Patriots' walkthrough
New England Patriots running back Rex Burkhead (knee) participated in Sunday's walkthrough.
What It Means:
Burkhead hadn't been practicing while reportedly dealing with a "slight tear" in his knee, but he's expected to be able to play through it. There's not any real concern about his status for Week 1.
numberFire's models currently project Burkhead to rush 103.3 times for 527.6 yards and 6.02 touchdowns, as well as catch 43.6 passes for 364.5 yards and 2.99 touchdowns. He's the RB23 in our preseason fantasy rankings.
