Saints reportedly release Terrance West
The New Orleans Saints released running back Terrance West, reports ESPN's Adam Schefter.
What It Means:
West signed with the Saints in June. His release could lead to an early-season role for Jonathan Williams during Mark Ingram's four-game suspension.
West rushed 39 times for 138 scoreless yards (3.5 yards per carry) in five games for the Baltimore Ravens last season.
