Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Donte Moncrief is a projected starter for Week 1 versus the New York Giants.
What It Means:
Moncrief and Keelan Cole are penciled in with the ones, followed by Dede Westbrook and second-rounder D.J. Chark, who are both expected to see a fair share of snaps as well.
