Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell did not report on Saturday's 4 PM deadline and will miss Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns.
Bell will miss the first game of the season by continuing his holdout. Second year running back James Conner will start against the Browns.
