49ers' Marquise Goodwin (quad) a game-time decision for Week 3
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Marquise Goodwin (quad) is a game-time decision for Week 3 against the Kansas City Chiefs, head coach Kyle Shanahan said.
"He’s not there yet," Shanahan conceded. "Hopefully, he will be Sunday." Goodwin turned in a pair of limited practice sessions to start the week, so barring a setback between now and game day, he appears to be trending in the right direction after being inactive Week 2. If Goodwin sits again, Dante Pettis and George Kittle would see a boost.
Taking the injury into account, numberFire's models currently conservatively project Goodwin for 2.6 targets, 1.4 receptions, 22.3 yards, and 0.19 touchdowns in Week 3. He costs $5,800 on FanDuel.
