NHL Daily Fantasy Helper: Monday 11/6/17

Braden Holtby has a superb matchup against the Coyotes, making him the slate's top goalie. Which other players are in a good spot tonight?

A good chunk of you probably already play daily fantasy football, and I'd be willing to bet a significant portion have also tried out daily fantasy basketball and baseball. But hockey? Hockey?

It's time to give it a try over on FanDuel, because it's a ton of fun. And our analysis and projections can help you win.

To help, let's take a look at some goalies, high-priced skaters, and lower-priced players to target for today's slate.

Goalie to Target

Braden Holtby ($9,200): It's not easy to find a safer goalie option than Holtby, who has finished with less than 14 FanDuel points just once this season. He will likely be in net tonight for the Washington Capitals, who are big favorites at -205 on the moneyline. His opponent, the Arizona Coyotes, has yet to win a game in regulation this season and will be on their first leg of a three-game road trip. With this soft matchup, Holtby has the best chance of winning and recording a shutout among all six goalies in action tonight. And with the Capitals allowing the sixth-most (34.0) shots per game, he still has a great opportunity to add points via saves.
