3 FanDuel Premier League Under-the-Radar Plays for Matchweek 10

While Liverpool will be popular, Fulham's Aleksandar Mitrovic could provide a nice return in a not-so-obvious good spot.

If you have played daily fantasy sports for a while, you know the importance of being contrarian in large-field tournaments. Recognizing which players are going to be owned by the masses and finding others who you think have a similar point projection but will come at much lower ownership can really separate yourself from your opponents.

The same goes for DFS Premier League. Even though the large-field tournaments aren't quite as large as they are for other sports, there is still value in identifying quality under-the-radar plays.

This article will discuss FanDuel's main Saturday slate, which starts at 10:00 a.m. EST and features six matches.

Matchweek 10
Saturday, October 27th
Bournemouth at Fulham
Cardiff at Liverpool
Huddersfield at Watford
Newcastle at Southampton
Wolves at Brighton
West Ham at Leicester City

The 10th main slate of the season revolves around Liverpool. They are massive 2.5-goal home favorites against Cardiff and have an implied win probability of 91.31%, per FanDuel's sportsbook. They are also the only elite side on the slate as well as the lone team with implied win odds greater than 58%. Outside of Liverpool, the slate is wide open.

Naturally, this will lead to astronomically high ownership on the Reds' stars. Cardiff have allowed 19 goals this season, the second-most in the Premier League (behind only Fulham). With no other high-priced options in good spots, ownership on Liverpool's stars this weekend will be some of the highest we see the entire season. That said, fading them is incredibly risky. It may be best to include them and look to differentiate lineups elsewhere.

With that in mind, here are three players to consider -- especially for tournament formats -- this weekend as these three may fly under the radar.
