Wolves have the advantage of playing at home, but they are a mediocre 2W-2D-3L at their home ground this season, while Chelsea are 4-1-1 away from home.

Wolves have managed only one point in their last six matches, hitting a poor run of form after their hot start. Chelsea should win this game without much issue, especially if Wolves rotate their squad.

Brighton vs Crystal Palace

Of course, not all shots are created equally. But this is a substantial gap between the two sides, and one has to be wary that Brighton’s luck is going to run out sooner rather than later.

Everton will be at home, where they are 5-1-1, including wins in each of their last four home games. Marco Silva’s side is coming off a heartbreaking loss on a last-second goal to rival Liverpool, so perhaps that will provide some extra motivation for this midweek fixture.

Newcastle have yet to earn a single point against teams currently in the top eight (0-0-6 record), and it seems unlikely that they break that streak away from home. Everton should get the win at Goodison Park.
