The LCK Summer Split is officially here, and we have League of Legends DFS action! Let's break down the LPL/LCK slate for Friday, July 3rd, and see who stands out. (Just a heads up, the slate locks at 4:00 a.m. EST.)
Here are the starting lineups for the LPL. Generally, the LCK doesn't release starting lineups prior to the games.

Top Esports are the best team in the LPL and massive favorites over LNG. The other matchup is a near coin-flip.

Both series have no clear favorite, which will make roster construction more important than on this slate.
Star - 1.5x Points
Wei, eStar ($8,500) has been strong to start the LPL Summer Split despite the fact eStar holds a 2-4 record. He has posted 70 FanDuel points or more in four of his six series, which is truly surprising. We know that losing players only score about 60% of the fantasy points compared to players on the winning team, but Wei is trying to break that trend.
He has 8 kills or more in four of his six series, 17 assists or more in four of the six, and 7 deaths or fewer in four series. He's getting it done in all areas, and it's leading to plenty of fantasy points.
Top
Xiaobai, eStar ($8,400) is a bit more outcome dependent compared to his teammate Wei, but with a coin-flip versus Vici, he is a viable top laner. Xiaobai has 72 FanDuel points or more in three of his six series so far this split, which is bolstered by his average of 3.14 kills per game, the fourth-highest in the LPL. It's a solid floor of points, but he only reaches for that ceiling if eStar wins the series.
Jungle
Ellim, T1 ($8,000) has started in the jungle for each of the last two series for T1, and hopefully that will continue versus GenG. He is very affordable on this slate and posted 74 and 79 FanDuel points in two of his last three series. This matchup versus GenG should be one of the closer ones on the slate, with the potential to go a full three games.
GenG have the better record compared to T1, but stacking Ellim and T1 is fully on the table.
Mid
Bdd, GenG ($8,600) has been off to an insane start in the LCK Summer Split and is showing to be one of the most consistent players on the slate. He comes in with 83 FanDuel points or more in three of his last four series, 12 kills or more in those same three series, and a total of 10 deaths in that time.
The combination of a high floor and a high ceiling is remarkable, and despite a tough matchup versus T1, he is firmly in play on this slate.
ADC
JackeyLove, Top Esports ($10,400) is on the slate, and that means you want to be rostering him. His high salary can be tough to afford, but when you are getting 85 FanDuel points or more in four of his last five, yeah, you want him in your lineups. He is averaging the most assists (6.58) per game among ADCs in the LPL, the most kills (5.83) per game, and has the fourth-highest (76.8%) Kill Participation Rate.
With Top Esports being massive favorites against LNG, you don't want to be fading him. He is like the running back who averages 20 carries a game, is on the home team, and are huge favorites -- don't get cute here.
Support
TusiN, KT Rolster ($7,800) is coming off a very rough game but has a winnable matchup versus APK Prince. He posted 46 and 55 FanDuel points prior to his most recent dud, and that is the level we should be expecting from him given the fact this could be going to three games.
Team
GenG ($7,400) is way too cheap as a team and makes an obvious choice for the team spot. Choosing a team isn't the most exciting, but locking in a solid floor of points is always valuable. That is what we are getting from GenG, with 52 FanDuel points or more in four straight series, and despite their low salary, they have a better record than T1.
