Alex Wood (back) to miss Tuesday's start for Cincy
Cincinnati Reds pitcher Alex Wood (back) will not start on Tuesday.
What It Means:
Wood missed four months with a back injury and is dealing with some renewed soreness. Lucas Sims will take the mound in his place on Tuesday.
Wood has struggled this season, posting a 5.80 ERA and 1.40 WHIP with 30 strikeouts in 35 2/3 innings pitched this season.
