Kurt Suzuki's (wrist, head) status uncertain, Nationals say
Washington Nationals catcher Kurt Suzuki's status is uncertain going forward, general manager Mike Rizzo said.
What It Means:
He is dealing with wrist and head injuries after leaving NLDS Game 5 after getting hit by a pitch. The pitch hit Suzuki in the wristed and then ricocheted at his face. Yan Gomes would start in his place if he is not healthy enough to play.
Suzuki has averaged 9.4 FanDuel points per game this season.
