Royals' Kyle Zimmer making first MLB start Tuesday
Kansas City Royals pitcher Kyle Zimmer is starting on Tuesday versus the Detroit Tigers.
It will be Zimmer's first start in the majors. He's only expected to throw around 50 pitches. The right-hander recorded 3 strikeouts and gave up a hit in an inning of relief work on Sunday. Zimmer finished last year with an ugly 10.80 ERA over 18 1/3 innings in his first stay in the bigs.
numberFire's models expect Zimmer to score 16.6 FanDuel points on Tuesday. He costs $5,500.
