Kris Bryant on Cubs' bench Tuesday
Chicago Cubs third baseman/left fielder Kris Bryant is not starting on Tuesday versus right-hander Tyler Mahle and the Cincinnati Reds.
It appears Bryant is getting his first breather of the season following a 1-for-17 start with 8 strikeouts. Kyle Schwarber will cover left field and Anthony Rizzo is in the leadoff spot. Jason Kipnis will play designated hitter and bat eighth.
numberFire's models expect Bryant to bat .299 with 11 homers, 33 RBI, 35 runs scored, and 2 steals over the rest of the season.
