Asdrubal Cabrera absent from Nationals' lineup Friday
Washington Nationals infielder Asdrubal Cabrera is not in the starting lineup on Friday against right-hander Josh Tomlin and the Atlanta Braves.
Cabrera went 2-for-4 with a triple in Thursday's series opener against the Braves. Eric Thames will replace Cabrera on first base Friday and bat cleanup. Adam Eaton, Trea Turner, and Juan Soto will be the 1-3 hitters, respectively.
numberFire's models expect Thames to score 9.2 FanDuel points on Friday. His salary is $2,400. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Nationals have an implied total of 4.87 runs.
