Jean Segura (triceps) sidelined for Phillies in first game Friday
Philadelphia Phillies infielder Jean Segura (triceps) is not in the starting lineup for the first game of Friday's doubleheader against left-hander Robbie Ray and the Toronto Blue Jays.
Segura left Thursday's game against the New York Mets after being hit by a pitch in the seventh inning. Phillies manager Joe Girardi said afterward that Segura is unlikely to play in either game of Friday's doubleheader. Scott Kingery will replace Segura on second base in Game 1 and hit sixth.
numberFire's models expect Kingery to score 5.1 FanDuel points on Friday with a salary of $2,400 in Game 1. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Phillies currently have an implied total of 3.54 runs.
