Yandy Diaz (hamstring) on third base for Rays in Game 2
Tampa Bay Rays third baseman Yandy Diaz (hamstring) is in the starting lineup for Game 2 of the Wild Card Round on Wednesday against left-hander Hyun Jin Ryu and the Toronto Blue Jays.
Diaz will replace Joey Wendle on third base and bat cleanup after missing the past month with a right hamstring strain. He was a .273/.429/.333 batter against southpaws this season. The Rays' full lineup as they look to eliminate the Blue Jays: Mike Brosseau 1B, Randy Arozarena DH, Brandon Lowe 2B, Diaz 3B, Manuel Margot LF, Hunter Renfroe RF, Willy Adames SS, Kevin Kiermaier CF, Mike Zunino C. Tyler Glasnow will be on the mound for Tampa Bay.
numberFire's models expect Brosseau to score 12.7 FanDuel points on Wednesday with a salary of $2,600. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Rays currently have an implied total of 3.7 runs and the game has an over/under of 7.0 runs.
