Mookie Betts getting breather from Dodgers Wednesday afternoon
Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Mookie Betts will not start in Wednesday afternoon's series finale against left-hander Jesus Luzardo and the Oakland Athletics.
Betts appears to be getting a breather. Chris Taylor (elbow) will bat leadoff and return to center field while Zach McKinstry will start in right. Cody Bellinger (calf) is still unavailable.
numberFire’s models project Taylor for 12.3 FanDuel points versus the Athletics and he has a salary of $2,700 on Wednesday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Dodgers have an implied total of 4.5 runs.
