C.J. Cron riding Colorado's bench Wednesday
Colorado Rockies first baseman C.J. Cron is not in the lineup for Wednesday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Logan Webb and the San Francisco Giants.
Cron will concede first base to Matt Adams and Adams will bat sixth. Cron went 2-for-3 with a two-run homer in the second game of Tuesday's seven-inning doubleheader against the Giants.
numberFire’s models project Adams for 9.2 FanDuel points and he has a $3,000 salary on Wednesday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Rockies have the highest implied total (5.1 runs) out of every team in the majors Wednesday.
