Martin Maldonado (trapezius) back for Astros versus Yankees
Houston Astros catcher Martin Maldonado (trapezius) is back in the lineup for Thursday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Gerrit Cole and the New York Yankees.
Maldonado was held out Wednesday following a collision at home plate on Tuesday that resulted in a trapezius contusion. He will return to catching duties in place of Jason Castro and hit ninth.
