Lorenzo Cain riding Brewers' bench Thursday
Milwaukee Brewers center fielder Lorenzo Cain will not start in Thursday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Zack Wheeler and the Philadelphia Phillies.
The Brewers appear to just be giving Cain the day off. He reached base four times on Wednesday, stole one, and scored twice. Jackie Bradley will move to center field on Thursday afternoon with Billy McKinney in left and Tyrone Taylor in right.
numberFire’s models project Bradley for 11.2 FanDuel points and he has a $2,300 salary on Thursday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Brewers have the lowest implied total (3.2 runs) out of the 16 teams playing.
