Jake Bauers on Indians' bench Monday
Cleveland Indians first baseman Jake Bauers is not in the lineup for Monday's series opener against left-hander Patrick Sandoval and the Los Angeles Angels.
Josh Naylor will shift to first base in place of Bauers and Harold Ramirez will start in right field. Ramirez will hit sixth and Jordan Luplow has been moved up to second in the order. Eddie Rosario will bat fifth.
