Corey Dickerson out of Marlins' lineup Thursday

Miami Marlins outfielder Corey Dickerson is not in the starting lineup for Thursday's series opener against left-hander Tyler Anderson and the Pittsburgh Pirates.

What It Means:

Dickerson will take a seat with a lefty starting on the opposite mound. Adam Duvall, Starling Marte, and Garrett Cooper will start across the Marlins' outfield on Thursday evening.

numberFire’s models project Duvall for 12.8 FanDuel points and he has a $2,800 salary on Thursday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Marlins have an implied total of 3.8 runs. Anderson owns a 23.3 strikeout percentage and 7.2 walk percentage this season.
