Marwin Gonzalez out of lineup as Red Sox visit Atlanta
Boston Red Sox infielder/outfielder Marwin Gonzalez is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against left-hander Tucker Davidson and the Atlanta Braves.
Gonzalez started in left field last game but he's out of the lineup for the front end of the Red Sox's two-game set at Truist Park. J.D. Martinez, Alex Verdugo, and Hunter Renfroe will start across the outfield for Boston on Tuesday.
Renfroe is numberFire's sixth-best point-per-dollar value option among hitters on Tuesday's slate. He has a $2,500 salary and our models project him for 12.8 FanDuel points. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Red Sox have an implied total of 4.7 runs. Davidson is registering a 20.0 strikeout percentage and 10.0 walk percentage this season.
