Hunter Dozier held out of Royals' lineup Wednesday
Kansas City Royals infielder/outfielder Hunter Dozier is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against left-hander Tarik Skubal and the Detroit Tigers.
Dozier is out of the lineup after going 0-for-12 with a walk and a pair of strikeouts over the last three games. Carlos Santana will cover first base with Salvador Perez at designated hitter. Cam Gallagher will enter the lineup at catcher and hit ninth.
numberFire’s models project Perez for 13.4 FanDuel points and he has a $3,100 salary on Wednesday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Royals have an implied total of 4.8 runs.
