Jonathan Villar (calf) sidelined Tuesday for Mets
New York Mets infielder Jonathan Villar is not in the starting lineup on Tuesday against right-hander Charlie Morton and the Atlanta Braves.
Villar exited Game 2 of Monday's doubleheader against Atlanta with right calf tightness. At this point, it's unclear if the issue will require a stint on the injured list. Luis Guillorme will replace Villar on third base Tuesday and hit seventh. Jeff McNeil has been moved into the leadoff spot.
numberFire’s models project McNeil for 8.9 FanDuel points and he has a $2,500 salary on Tuesday. Guillorme has a $2,000 salary and is projected for the same amount of points. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Mets have an implied total of 3.8 runs.
